MEET MIRIAM’S FAMILY.
The bombs started to fall in 2011. Their lives fell apart immediately. Family members and friends died. Food skyrocketed. Schools closed. Worked ceased immediately. One choice was evident. Stay and die, or flee.
Miriam and her husband fled to Turkey, and her brother and his family to Lebanon. Her brother's family came to Texas as refugees five months ago, and Hope Tribe is serving them.

The Mahrouk family has shown incredible resilience, scraping by for over ten years to survive in Turkey. Their kids have grown up as refugees living in a foreign country while they wait for government officials to approve their application to come to the USA.
They have finally passed all of the health and security screenings. They will receive notification that their tickets have been purchased and can travel to the US any day.
Just like we have served Miriam's brother here in Texas, we plan to do the same with her family. Your help is crucial to providing hope when they arrive and helping them rebuild their lives.
The funds will be used to purchase beds, bedding, cookware, food, cleaning supplies, and other essential items for their unfurnished apartment.
